Effective change starts from within. That is why KBC’s IT department asked us to help them with an internal branding exercise around the broader scope of working in the digital age.
New views, new perspective
Together with the department, we developed a roadmap to install a culture of self-reliance and willingness to learn at KBC with regard to working and banking in the digital age. This vision, translated into a new role and perception for the IT team, became a driver for change throughout the organization. The department that used to be seen as a helpdesk now became a group of instigators and ambassadors for the KBC of tomorrow.
After implementation, the project was awarded on a European level as an example of how communication can effectively support and streamline the change management process.
