Jeroen De Wit

Founder & Strategist

Jeroen De Wit began his career as a graphic designer in Amsterdam. In the early nineties he moved to Stockholm, where he co‑founded the strategy and design agency Pangea. In 2002 Jeroen moved to Belgium. As managing partner and creative director at Duval Guillaume Corporate he helped build powerful brands such as Picanol, Puratos, InBev, DEME, Van de Velde, Mio, Panasonic, Exact Software and the city of Ghent. Having used his vision and experience to streamline many ambitious branding projects, in 2014 Jeroen founded Marrow as a creative collaboration platform for branding and communication projects.

Luk started out as editor and screenplay writer around 1995, when commercial television emerged in Belgium and creative content was booming. Quickly evolving to copywriting and brand communication assignments, he has worked for major agencies in Antwerp and Brussels. His portfolio includes work for clients such as American Express, Bacardi, Belgacom, Danone, Jaguar Land Rover, Microsoft, Miele, Nokia, Telenet and Unilever. After working with Jeroen De Wit at Duval Guillaume and Act Agency he teamed up with Jeroen to initiate Marrow, a lean collective of content driven branding professionals.

Client Services

Georges is an energetic brand propeller with a proven track record in strategy, content, creative and client management. A generalist by nature and specialist by design, Georges started working as an editor in the eighties, but was very quickly lured into advertising and communication, working for brands such as Atlas Copco, Bridgestone, Center Parcs, Exxon Chemical, Mars, Mobistar, P&G and SEAT. Rely on him for lightning speed empathy, combined with a broad helicopter view and a keen eye for long-term ROI. At Marrow, he takes care of business development, communication strategy and communication planning.

Public Relations/Content Strategy

A true passion for communication has always been Saar’s professional trademark. Over the last decade she has worked for various branding and communication companies such as MIA (Dallas) and Lewis PR, proving herself a fixture in Belgium. Always seeking new ways to expand her horizons, Saar developed particular skills and talents in public relations, content strategy and social media. Next to running her own content agency Saar contributes her experience to Marrow, where she helps our clients devise a vigorous content and PR approach to reinforce their brand story.

Tom Merckx

Tom Merckx

Design

Tom Merckx, originally from Antwerp, has been working as a graphic designer for local companies since 1996. In 2007 he moved to Singapore to assume the director’s position at design consultancy firm Equus. Three years later he moved back to Belgium and set up his own company Me and Mister Jones (with Maggie Khoo). Tom’s proven track record and internationally awarded graphic design work have resulted in numerous publications in books and magazines. His specialties include corporate and brand identity, print systems, publication design, packaging, signage, exhibition design and interactive media.

Photography

Danny Willems has built a solid reputation as an independent photographer and director. He is especially recognized in the music, contemporary dance and advertising industries, as he has spent years portraying the stars of the rock scene and directing successful tv commercials. Known for the quality and originality of his work in Belgium as well as abroad, Danny recently decided to contribute his vision on creative imagery to Marrow’s branding activities. As a photography consultant or even as your brand’s house photographer, Danny can make the difference when it comes to capturing the visual essence of your brand.
